Summer sizzlers - BBQ ideas

During the summer months we have an endless list of BBQ ideas. Extensive ranges of homemade Kebabs are on offer with or without marinades including Greek Chicken, Spicy Hot Beef, Minty Lamb Koftas to name but a few. For those wishing to stick to a more traditional BBQ menu, there are of course plain beef burgers, but again we have a good range consisting of 6 different varieties, Beef & Onion being a firm favourite.

Exciting new ranges - Glazed and Marinated meats

We recently introduced an exciting new range of glazed and marinated meats. These have proven very popular for parties, BBQ’s or just to add that ‘something extra’ to the normal meal. The range is prepared in oven ready foil trays that can be placed straight into the oven. Our most popular meats are Duck in Chinese Plum Sauce, Sweet Minty Lamb Kebabs, Greek Glaze Lamb Shanks and Pork Steaks in Caribbean Sauce to name but a few.
